What exactly do I get?

A read of your profile copy: which readers your wording already invites, at most three readers who may not yet see room for themselves, the specific lines worth rewording, and paste-ready replacements for each directory field — including the first 270 characters that decide the click in search results.

Is this telling me I'm biased?

No. There is no score about you as a clinician and no verdict. Every profile speaks more clearly to some readers than others — that's what specialising means. The report tells you who your current wording reaches, so the reach matches the practice you actually want.

Question 3

Where does the enquiries number come from?

Accepted Answer

It is arithmetic on your own inputs — monthly profile views, current enquiries, session fee, typical episode length — combined with per-finding effect ranges. It is always a range, never a single promised figure, and every assumption is editable on the report so you can model it your way.

Question 4

Which directories does it write for?

Accepted Answer

Psychology Today, Headway, Alma, Grow Therapy, TherapyDen, Zencare, GoodTherapy, SonderMind, Your own website, Google Business Profile. Each one is a separate build, not the same paragraph trimmed: different fields, different character limits, different reader, different house style. You pick the platforms you list on when you submit.

Will it change my specialisms or add credentials?

Never. Rewrites only restate what you already wrote, more clearly. Nothing is added that you didn't state, and we lint the output against advertising language that licensing boards take issue with.

What happens to my profile text and my photo?

Your text is stored with your report so you can come back to it via your share link. Photos and screenshots are analysed inside the request and never stored — a headshot is only read at all if you explicitly tick that box, and only ever as descriptive text.

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. The free read gives you a share link that works without a login. If you sign in, reports attach to your dashboard, and a report you created as a guest can be claimed later with the same email.

What does it cost?

The read is free. The full report is $59 one-off per profile — no subscription. Group practices get owner-only roster views; tell us about your practice on the free read form.

Question 9

What is the 60-day check-in?

Accepted Answer

We ask for your enquiry count when you buy and again 60 days after the rewrite. That replaces the model with what actually happened for you, and it is how the ranges get sharper for everyone over time.
