Perspective Match reads the profile copy you supply and produces feedback on how clearly it speaks to the readers you want to reach, along with paste-ready rewrites for each directory platform.

The report is editorial guidance about wording. It is not clinical advice, supervision, legal advice, or an assessment of you as a clinician, and it should never be presented as one.

There is no score about you and no verdict. Every profile speaks more clearly to some readers than others — that is what specialising means.

Rewrites restate only what you already wrote. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile: your credentials, specialisms, locations, fees, and availability must be true before and after any rewrite. Using our wording does not shift that responsibility to us.

The expected-enquiries figure is a range computed from numbers you supply, combined with per-finding effect ranges. It is an estimate for planning, not a promise or a guarantee of results, and directory platforms' own algorithms are outside anyone's control.

The profile read is free. The full report is $59 one-off per profile, processed by Stripe. Group practices with large rosters may hold a per-clinician volume agreement; some accounts receive free access by arrangement with their organisation. Payment status is determined on our servers — never on the client.

Because the full report is generated and delivered immediately after payment, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with your report, email us and we will make it right.

You are responsible for how you share your report link. A share link works without a login, so anyone holding it can read the report.

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to misuse the service, including attempts to probe other users' reports.

Submit only profile text you have the right to submit. Do not use the service to misrepresent credentials, to generate advertising claims your licensing board would take issue with, or to create content about identifiable clients.

Your profile text remains yours. The reports and rewrites we generate from it are yours to use in your listings without restriction. The Perspective Match name, site design, and underlying matching models remain ours.

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspective Match is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost enquiries, lost income, or directory-platform actions — arising from use of the reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service changes; the date below reflects the current version. Material changes that affect existing reports will be emailed to report owners.
