Privacy policy

The profile text you paste or upload, the directory platforms you tell us you list on, and the numbers you give us for the enquiry model (monthly profile views, current enquiries, session fee, typical episode length).

Your email address if you sign in, buy a report, or ask for a report by email. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

For group practices: your practice name, your roster of clinicians, and the listing status of each profile you track on your dashboard.

Photos and screenshots are analysed inside the request and then discarded. A headshot is only read at all if you explicitly tick that box, and only ever as descriptive text — the image itself is not kept.

If you use the patient-side matching tool, nothing you enter there is persisted. Your answers live in memory for the length of your session and are gone when you close the page.

You, through your share link. Share links work without a login, so treat the link itself as the key — anyone you send it to can read the report.

If you signed in, your report also appears on your dashboard. A guest report can be claimed later with the same email address.

Report engagement (for example, how many times a share link was opened or a section copied) is stored as counts only — never who opened it.

Your profile text is processed to produce your report and its rewrites, and is stored with the report so you can return to it. Rewrites only restate what you already wrote; nothing is invented or added.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your profile text to advertise to you.

Transactional email (report-ready notices, application confirmations) is sent from notify@perspectivematch.com. We email you about your report or an application you submitted — not marketing you didn't ask for.

You can ask us to delete a report and its stored text at any time — email notify@perspectivematch.com from the address associated with the report and we'll remove it.

You can regenerate or edit the numbers in your report whenever you like; the model is your own arithmetic, not a verdict.
